 There are many excavators working in the open air, where many dust around, in this case, the air filter of the excavator should be changed earlier than which working under normal circumstances, so that to ensure the normal operation of the engine. If too much dust around, the excavator radiator would be easily accumulate the dust, so that to affect the cooling device.

Therefore, we should clean the excavator radiator frequently. Change the diesel oil filter much earlier. Pay more attention when cleaning starter and generator rectifier.

 There are a lot of excavators working in mines. Because there are many rocks, so much attention should be given to the chassis and four wheels, whether there is loose or damage part. Check the tensioning degree of track, which should be looser than those excavators working in flat ground.

Working in the mountains area, excavator working device will be more easily get damaged, so it is better to adopt strengthened type of excavator working device, and be aware of timely replacement.
