1) When the excavator operating, should prohibit any persons who go up and down the excavator or deliver the object, while operating, the maintenance to the excavator is not allowed; don鈥檛 do the adjustment arbitrarily to the engine (speed controller) and the hydraulic system, electrical control system; should pay attention to select a proper Operating face, hole digging is strictly prohibited.

聽2) After the dump truck stopped stably, the excavator can do the unloading job; when unloading, the bucket height should be lowered, under the premise that not hitting any part of the dump truck; prohibit the bucket get across the top of the dump truck cab.

3) Crush solid objects by the bucket is not allowed, in case of large stones or hard objects, should continue the excavating job after removal them; Prohibiting excavation to the blasting rock with the hardness of more than five degree.

聽聽4) Prohibit the excavator digging upper and lower two mining operation sites at one time; the ground should be flattened before the excavators move within the working surface, also need to clear the obstructions around.

5) Prohibit jacking up excavators with the method of stretching out the bucket cylinder fully. Before bucket leave the ground, the excavator can not transverse or move rotationally.

6) Prohibit using the excavator boom drag other things horizontally; hydraulic excavator can not use impinge mining methods to dig.

7) When excavator making rotary movement, can not do the opposite direction operation by turning around the handle.

8) The driver should always pay attention while excavators working, if there is abnormal operation, should immediately stop running and overhaul, troubleshooting timely.

9) When the excavator operating, should often check the hydraulic oil temperature are normal or not.

10) If there are wires, cross Roads, or bridges in the road, should know the situation well firstly, if necessary, set up hand command; excavator and a high-wire distance should not less than 5m; should avoid walk backwards.

11) During the excavator run-time, the boom should be parallelled with the running gear, turntables should be locked, bucket should keep at least 1meter away from the ground. Downhill running should use low gear, should prohibit sliding off stalls.

12) Excavator routes should keep away from with the slope, ditches, pit to ensure safety; when crossing soft land sections, should use low gear, if necessary, road padding can be added like wood, stones, etc.
